Outer Space by Rocket has done an amazing job of not just creating a beautiful space for momentous occasions but also in building a strong team of vendors that work together to make every event perfect. We know you have a lot to think about, so we created this simple guide using information based on questions we often get from clients that we hope you will find helpful.

Do I need getting ready coverage? We recommend having us there an hour prior to the start of the ceremony.

First-look? These are awesome and can be done between the bride and anyone, not just the groom. We need about 30 minutes for a well captured first look set-up. If you’re concerned about not having enough time for formal photos after the ceremony or wanting to spend as much time as possible with guests a first look can allow us time to capture family formals or other photos that we would normally take after the ceremony.

Formals with family/wedding party? These can take place at anytime but typically start after the ceremony; unless a first look was done in which case we can do them before the ceremony. From there we will send everyone to cocktail hour and capture formals of just the two of you.

Sunset photos? We love sunsets and we have found that having the ceremony end at least 30 minutes prior to sunset allows for adequate time for photos.

Do I have enough hours in my package? If your program (first dances, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, games, toasts) runs longer than your photography package we offer additional coverage at $250/hour. If budget is a major concern having all these events back to back on the timeline allows us to capture as many as possible. Our team will arrive at the time you want coverage to start and work consecutively from there to capture every moment possible.

As our business (and the cost of doing business) grows, this page including pricing & collections are subject to change at the discretion of the studio. To ensure premium service and lock in your quote a 20% retainer fee of the estimate charge along with the signing of our contract is required in advance to secure a booking.
