As our business (and the cost of doing business) grows, this page including pricing & collections are subject to change at the discretion of the studio. To ensure premium service and lock in your quote a 20% retainer fee of the estimate charge along with the signing of our contract is required in advance to secure a booking. Can the hours of coverage be split?

Our wedding video packages offer the flexibility to split the total hours of coverage once, allowing us to capture key moments at different times of the day without continuous filming. For example, if you have a morning ceremony and an evening reception, you can divide the coverage to ensure both parts of your special day are beautifully documented. This split must be arranged in advance and cannot be broken into multiple segments. While the coverage is paused, our team will not be filming, but we will return at the scheduled time to continue capturing your wedding story seamlessly.

Do I need one or two videographers?

Having two videographers in your wedding videography package ensures a more comprehensive and dynamic capture of your special day. With multiple angles covered simultaneously, key moments—such as the bride walking down the aisle and the groom’s reaction—are recorded without missing a beat. Two videographers also allow for greater creativity, capturing both wide, cinematic shots and intimate close-ups that add depth to your wedding film. Additionally, while one videographer focuses on the main events, the other can capture candid moments, guest reactions, and behind-the-scenes details, creating a richer, more immersive final video. This dual coverage ensures a seamless, high-quality film that truly tells the full story of your wedding day.

What is a Multicam documentary clean edit?

The full documentary edit is a carefully crafted combination of creative cuts and documentary-style editing, seamlessly weaving together all the significant moments from the pre-wedding event. This includes speeches, performances, and candid interactions, ensuring an authentic and immersive experience. The footage is meticulously edited to highlight the best angles of each scene, capturing the raw emotions and energy of the celebration. The final video is synchronized with high-quality audio recorded directly from the DJ or AV team, preserving the clarity and richness of every speech, musical performance, and ambient sound. This results in a dynamic yet natural cinematic narrative that truly reflects the essence of the event.

What is the difference between a feature film and a highlights montage?

A feature film is a longer, more in-depth wedding film, usually 15 to 20 minutes, providing a more detailed and narrative-driven experience. It includes full or extended portions of key events such as the ceremony, speeches, and first dance, following a more chronological order. This edit allows couples to relive their wedding day with a fuller storytelling approach, including more natural audio, transitions, and special moments that might not be included in a highlight film.

A highlight montage is a beautifully edited short film that captures the most memorable and emotional moments of your special day. Typically ranging from 8 to 10 minutes in length, this video is set to music and creatively edited to showcase key highlights, such as the couple’s vows, first look, first dance, and other unforgettable moments. It provides a cinematic and engaging summary of the wedding, perfect for sharing with family and friends on social media. Unlike a full documentary edit, which includes extended footage, the highlight video is designed to be a visually stunning, storytelling piece that encapsulates the essence and emotion of your wedding day in a concise and captivating way.

Engagement Video

An engagement video is a beautiful way to capture your love story before the big day. It’s a short, cinematic film that showcases your unique connection, whether through candid moments, romantic scenes, or even a personal touch like sharing how you met or your proposal story. We’ll film at a location that’s meaningful to you, creating a heartfelt and visually stunning video that you can cherish forever. Many couples use their engagement video to announce their engagement, share it on social media, or even play it during their wedding reception. It’s a perfect way to add a personal touch to your wedding journey!

USB with Backups

USB drive with your film backups, ensuring you have a safe and high-quality copy of your wedding videos. This USB will contain your final edited films, such as your highlight film, feature film, or any additional videos included in your package. Having your wedding films on a USB makes it easy to watch on a computer, TV, or share with loved ones. It also serves as a long-term backup, so you always have a physical copy of your special memories, even if files are lost or technology changes. We recommend keeping the USB in a safe place and making additional copies for extra security!
